- How much is Postage & Packaging?
- I use the Royal Mail to send all packages. Everything is sent 1st Class Post.
All international orders are sent by Airmail and should arrive within a week.
All items are wrapped in bright coloured tissue paper! So everything arrives as a small present for yourself (or for someone else!). It is also packed inside a suitable sized jiffy bag (or if appropriate, a box).
I usually process orders the same day. So orders should arrive within 2-3days and certainly no longer than a week. Please contact me if you are concerned about postage & packaging at lvejewellery@btinternet.com

- What's the Returns Policy?
- If you receive something in the post which has been damaged please email me @ lvejewellery@btinternet.com
You will need to return the item/s to the address which is on the reverse of the envelope. You can do this for free by putting the items back into the envelope posted in and write on the front “return to sender”. Once received i can either issue new item/s or a refund.
I only accept returns on items that have been damaged in transit or items that are not what you ordered.
- Is there a Mailing List?
- Yes we do now have a mailing list. To join all you need to is email me at lvejewellery@btinternet.com saying you’d like to join with your name and email.
Newsletters are sent every couple of months.
- What if my package doesn't arrive?
- Once a package has been posted it in is the hands of the Royal Mail who state that 1st Class should arrive withing 1-2 working days. (please see my postage & packaging section).
Orders that do not arrive after 28 days from dispatch will be replaced but not before then. (As some packages do get “lost” in the post and turn up at a later date).
- Can I model for LVE?
- I have received alot of queries regarding modelling for LVE Jewellery.
If you’d like to model for me for free (in exchange for free samples!) then please get in contact with me.
At present I do not take on models for photoshoots but I may be looking into this in the future (please contact me at lvejewellery@btinternet.com if you’d like to ask more). I will not be able to take on under 16s!
If you’d like to appear on the myspace (www.myspace.com/lvejewellery) modelling the items you’ve purchased then please contact me through myspace or my email. There is a customer gallery for this.
- How can I order without Paypal or a credit card?
- I do take Postal Orders. This will mean you sending me cash or cheque by mail. I accept NO RESPONSIBILITY for lost cash or cheques in the post and I strongly recommend you sending postal orders recorded delivery for security.
You will need to contact me prior to making a postal order for my address and for a price (including P&P).
